The Yakima EZ Rider Complete Multi-Purpose Base Roof Rack System is engineered to fit vehicles with unconventional and hard to fit factory rack raised side rails (the pair of rails that run parallel from front to back of the rooftop) or flush-mounted side rails with an interior track. Most vehicle side rails are compatible with the regular Yakima Lowrider System. But for factory side rail vehicles such as some models of Cadillac Escalade, Cadillac ESV, Cadillac EXT, Chevrolet Suburban Z71, Chevy Tahoe Z71, GMC Yukon Denali, Mitsubishi Endeavor, Nissan Pathfinder SE, Subaru Baja, Subaru Forester, Subaru Legacy and other vehicles the EZ Rider is necessary. The Yakima EZ Rider Towers integrated dual claw design bites securely onto side rail. The Yakima EZ Rider System includes four Yakima EZ Rider Towers, pair of Yakima Round CrossBars, and four Yakima Bar End Caps, all the components necessary for a complete multi-purpose car rack setup. To transport your sports gear, cargo-luggage & equipment you can then connect any of Yakima Racks gear carriers (sold separately) directly to the pair of cross bars. - Integrated dual claw design bites securely onto side rail.
