The Yakima 1A HiRise Towers provide extra roof clearance because they have 3.5" aluminum spacers for a total height of 10 3/4", enough to clear high and/or domed roofs or factory racks. Yakima 1A Hi Rise Towers attach to any vehicle with raingutters and can also be installed on truck caps, toppers, camper shells, Jeep hard tops etc when used in combination with Yakima Artificial Raingutter Brackets (sold separately). If your car, van or pickup truck has raingutters, or you plan to use artificial raingutter brackets then the Yakima 1A HiRise Raingutter Tower system is the choice for you. The Yakima 1A HiRise System includes four Yakima 1A HiRise Towers, pair of Yakima Round CrossBars, and four Yakima Bar End Caps, all the components necessary for a complete multi-purpose car rack setup.
