The RockyMounts Lariat SLX Bike Rack is designed specifically for wider tire widths of mountain bikes with up to 3" tire width. Does not work with skinny road tires. If your tires are less than 2.3" (check tire sidewall for size) we recommend the RockyMounts Lariat SL instead. The Lariat SLX has a longer tray & longer wheel strap than the Lariat SL.
A great long tray fork mount bicycle carrier at a fair price. Connects directly to either Thule Racks or Yakima Racks multi-purpose base roof rack cross bars. Not compatible with factory car rack bars - we recommend the Rocky Mounts Noose SLX for factory racks. - The Rocky Mounts Lariat SLX bike rack mounts directly to the multi-purpose roof base rack crossbars from either Yakima or Thule. Not compatible with factory racks. We recommend the RockyMounts Noose SLX for factory racks.
- Lockable using a Rocky Mounts lock core (not included; see accessories below). Thule & Yakima lock cores do NOT work with RockyMount bicycle carriers.
